We are experienced in designing tailored operating models which define the state of the business to enable successful execution of the business strategy. We take a consultative approach, involving sponsors, owners and stakeholders in determining the most appropriate model.

Whilst the design should be specific to the organisation’s requirements, our industry knowledge allows us to consider and leverage approaches adopted by peer organisations.

Following the operating model design we often sit on a client’s Steering Group to ensure a design expert is guiding the project outcomes.

IT Architecture

Bridge’s consultants have a deep understanding of all aspects of IT architecture across financial services organisations:
